All Ukraine adoption laws where changes were applies concern only domestic adoption

Previous president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed the law on amendments to some legislative acts in Ukraine adoption law regarding the establishment of social guarantees from the government towards foster parents.

Recall, adopted on 10 March of the current year the Verkhovna Rada the law gave foster parents the same social guarantees as citizens, with their own children.

This new Ukraine adoption law will encourage the development of family forms of upbringing orphans and children deprived of parental care. Changes were made to the Code of labour law, the law on vacations.

All Ukraine adoption law were changes were applies concern only domestic adoption within Ukraine by Ukrainian adoption children by Ukrainian adoptive families both are citizens of Ukraine and subject of new law changes in regulations of adoption process and practice in Ukraine.

From now on leave to care for a child reaching the age of three is also one of the adoptive parents. Foster parents also provided additional leave as workers with their children.
